Biography
MMSc Student in Biomedical Informatics
Ryan is an MMSc student in the Biomedical Informatics program at Harvard Medical School and a member of the HIDIVE Lab.
He received his B.A. in Computational Biology from Colby College. Prior to graduate school, he worked as a Bioinformatician at MDI Biological Laboratory, studying regeneration and aging.
Ryan’s thesis project, VitessceGen, is a multi-agent LLM system that automatically generates validated Vitessce visualization configurations from natural language input and biomedical data.
