Biography

Research Fellow in Biomedical Informatics

Kiroong Choe, PhD, is a postdoctoral research fellow in Nils Gehlenborg’s HIDIVE Lab. He received his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Seoul National University. His doctoral research focused on designing interactive and intelligent systems to support human visual thinking and human–AI collaboration. At the HIDIVE Lab, he studies the design of human–AI collaboration for scientific discovery at the intersection of data visualization and biomedical informatics.
